We want to make sure that you & your family have a memorable experience with us this festive season. We've put together some information that will answer some of your questions. 

Santa's Cabin - Galway Christmas Market, Eyre Square Galway. Located between The Browne Doorway and the Christmas Tree.

How do we get there? 

Opening Hours: 
From Friday November 17th at the following times:

Friday: 4pm to 8pm 
Saturday: 11 am to 8 pm 
Sunday: 11 am to 7:30 pm

Cost?  Tickets cost €20 per child

What does my ticket include? 

Your ticket includes craic with Santa's chief elf and an age appropriate gift. For an additional fee you can add a souvenir photo of your visit. 

Do I need to book in Advance?
Please note that booking in advance is advised to secure a specific time and to avoid queuing.

What do I do when I arrive? 

You must check in on arrival with a copy of your confirmation email (on your phone or printed) and you will be greeted by one of Santa Elves. 

Please follow the directions of our staff  to ensure the safety of all.

What time should I arrive? 

We ask that you arrive no more than 5 mins in advance of your allocated booking time. To ensure that Queueing is limited check in will take no time at all. 

What if I am late? 

We will do our best to accommodate you into the next available time slot but bear in mind that numbers per session are limited so this may involve a wait until the next available time slot. Whilst we will try to accommodate you there is no guarantee that there will be a slot available and in this instance no refunds can be given. 

Can I bring a buggy?

Accessibility?
The Santa Cabin is accessible - however we do ask that if you have a specific accessibility requirement that you contact us in advance so that we can ensure all facilities are available to you

Group Bookings? There is a limit of 6 people per booking - but it may be possible to accommodate your group across a number of sessions, so best to give us a call if your group is larger and we can chat through your options. 

Can I add additional people to my booking? Adding extra people to your booking will depend on whether there is availability for your booking time slot. We would advise giving us a call if your numbers have increased and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Baby Changing Facilities? There are toilet facilities available  but these do not include baby changing facilities. 

There are Wheelchair accessible toilets in Eyre Square. 

I have to cancel my booking  - can I get a refund? 

Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. A full refund may be issued when booking is cancelled within 48hours of arrival time. Customers also have the option of a gift card to the value of the booking within 24h ours. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows and late arrivals will not be entitled to a refund.

If my booking is cancelled by the organiser do I get a refund?

Yes!

Can we take our own photos? Absolutely - feel free to take as many photos as you like!
